can't login to admin

i need help.... i can't login to admin panel in zencart..... in mozilla after login next page gives error "The page isn't redirecting properly
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

  cookies."
  in internet explorer page didn't got opened it got hanged at loading after 10 min... but no error came up .... please help how to got login in it.

Do you have a URL and also, did this begin after an upgrade or something?

no i dont have url... i am working on local system... and its my first time i am trying to login ....

Oh, I've never done it that way before. Maybe, check your includes/configure.php settings. That's usually a problem area.

Other than that, I'm sure there are quite a few members with experience using a local system and would be able to assist you.
