Hi,

With the new autofill update I do not see the total weight populated in the order page and also its not transfered to USPS. Does anyone else have the same problem?

Nope :) Do you see 0 for total weight on the order page? or do you not see the order weight information at all?

I'm having an issue with this contrib that I can't figure out for the life of me!

The AutoFill form works fine for International orders, but it doesn't popoulate the customer info for US/Domestic orders...???

Can anyone help me with this?

Update: For some odd reason if the address is in NY...the address is populated, but it doesn't work for any other state...???

rot8tor: is this a new installation of the mod?

if yes, maybe backtrack and make sure you upload every single file one more time.

Read and follow the USPS_AutoFill_Readme.rtf

Execute the sql in admin (copy paste not upload).

This mod should install with no problem.

Do you have any special zones set up? I noticed above you said International addresses work too. So Int'l & NY only work? What do you see when you try other states?

When you say NY works, was it New York City ? (i.e. New York, NY 10001)

In the USPS Auto-Fill Config I have the 19 titles- all there, no errors anywhere, My problem is in an order I do not have any auto-fill button.
I have installed the php files twice, no errors.

Any ideas, I've gone through this thread, and can't find anybody having this incident.

And you're sure you've overwritten/replaced your admin/orders.php file?
And you're sure you've added the admin/includes/modules/usps_autofill_button.php?

The button is in the orders.php file and it calls the module file.

Thanks, that did it. I feel like the only fool on this thread, I forgot to remove the excess on the orders.php file.

sorry for the delay...I've been away...

NY state works and International

For any other US state it fills the seller info, but leaves the customer info blank

Two Zones: International and CT (Taxable Goods)

Much to my shigrin I tried clicking an AutoFill button on an EDIT order page and that works perfectly!! One extra step, but still less than copy and pasting all the other info in!

So, the only place it is not working properly is when clicked from the ORDERS page...

Any thoughts?

They should both work exactly the same. They do for everyone else.

Do you have any customizations to your orders.php page? (like Info at a glance or any other contribs?)

I am having the exact same problem. However, WHICH excess are you referring to when you say "remove" them?

I just noticed that AFTER clicking FShip for a FEDEX package, THEN the USPS AutoFill button appears.

What is FShip?

FShip is the button that executes the FEDEX Automated Shiiping Labels function/module. After I click this button, THEN I see the USPS Autofill button.

Ah ok, didnt know that existed. Sounds like you tried to merge them but missed something. Can you paste your orders.php code here or in a PM to me
