order totals decimal place moved

Hi,
I have a client that just notifed me that their shopping cart just processed a 10.50 item for 1050.00. In the invoice section is shows 10.50 but in the gateway (viaklix) the total is 1050.00. My client has processed several other transactions just fine but this one is the first.

Any ideas or a good starting place?

Soooo no one has any ideas or suggestions. The log files show 10.50 going out to the gateway.
