UPS not displaying weight during checkout process

Hello everyone,
Hope you are all having happy upgrading so far.. :shocking:

Well I am running 1.3.5 and have finally got the shipping modules to show up during checkout (using UPS and USPS)

No problems with the USPS but during checkout the UPS is displaying (0.00lbs) and right under it USPS is displaying what it should (0.10lbs)

Any suggestions on how to have the UPS show the correct shipping weight? I'm guessing it is through admin but im not sure where to look.

Make sure you did not miss upgrading files ...

I cannot reproduce this error ...

You can try uninstalling and reinstalling and configuring your shipping modules ...

Be sure to write down your settings before doing so ...

So do you suggest that I merely uninstall and reinstall the modules through the admin? Or do you think it is something with the actual files. :cry:

Umm ... I just tested a product at 0.1 on your site ... and both read 0.1 ...

Close your browsers, clear your cache and cookies ... see if it magically fixes itself for you ...

lol well I did try clearing the cache and everything but lemme give it another go, thanks linda

Perhaps a products_id or URL to the Product that you are using to test will give us a clue in duplicating this ...

well like i said it is showing up in the USPS options box but not in the UPS..

USPS weight is adjusted to a minimum of 0.1 as they do not quote for less ...

Your product has a weight of 0 ... might give it a little weight
