Special Instructions or Comments About Your Order

I am having issues with the Checkout Process on my site...On step 1 the page overlaps out of the centercolumn. Im pretty sure it can't be the width of the center column, because all the other pages end before the edge of the center page.

Im pretty sure it has to do with the "Special Instructions or Comments About Your Order" text box. Does anyone know how to adjust the size of this box?

I've tried to look this over in some of the Archieves, but unfortunately people are not clear when they describe the solutions. Does anyone understand my problem and can somebody help me with this?

Then some are not clear nor provide sufficient information to attempt to answer.

What version of Zen Cart are you using?
Is this a new install?
Was this not like this before and when did it begin?
