Price by attributes prices not showing

Hello,
I have a produce subscription. The price varies by the length of time people sign up. The different program lengths are attributes and priced accordingly. Although we have had no problems doing this for other seasons, the different prices are not showing up with the attribute options. The customer has no idea the price of the program until AFTER it is added to their shopping cart.

Any idea why the prices are not showing up with the attributes? The products are marked as price by attribute.

Any assistance is most appreciated.

The attributes all show up as (+0) until the customer logs in. How can I configure it so the attribute pricing shows up for guests? Also even when signed in, the price in the shopping cart table only shows the attribute pricing. If a 8 week session is $55 more only the $55 shows as the unit price and total, however the shopping cart total will show the correct amount of $130.

Sounds like you have your Customer Details setup to not allow prices to show until the customer is logged in ...

What version of Zen Cart are you running?

Clean install or an upgrade? If an upgrade, from what version and how did you do your upgrade?

We are running a clean install of zen 1.3.0 with the security fixes patched. We have not been able to get 1.3.5 running yet.
The customer store status is set to 0 so it should allow them to see the prices.

There are a lot of bugs in v1.3.0 ... I forget off hand what all is in there needing fixes in the last 2 releases since then but it has been a lot ...

Did you look at the settings for Configuration ... Customer Details?

You said you have to login for prices ... that is where those are set ...

I have a similar problem. We have added attributes for giftwrapping. The product price shows but theattributes all show as $0.00 until the customer logs in. Do i need to change something in admin configure>Customer Details

I'd really upgrade to v1.3.5 ...

Then work to see if the bug is in the add-on you are using or the template ...
