Spaces between product listing images & also Weight

Firstly thank you to everyone who helped me with my template woes while I was in the process of upgrading my store! You guys ROCK! ;-)

I have two little issues which are niggling me that I would like to rectify.

In the product listing pages, I have my small images set at 150 to give my customers a better look at the small preview. (our product images have a lot of detail) However, in doing this I have lost the gap between the images above and below.

I have searched high and low but can't find where to change this. I would like to have a bit more of a gap between the images above and below so they are a bit easier on the eye.

Secondly, in the product listing there is also the weight showing. Since our product is virtual unless they use our cd burning service we have no need for this to show and I wouldn't mind removing it. I also can't find where to do this.

For don't show weight /disply weight in Product Listing,
go into the admin => Configuration => Product Listing

Setup the option for => Display Product Weight 0

And also there are more options there.

I made a fresh install of zen-cart 1.3.5 (previously I used 1.2.6). I'm setting up the new version of my online shop making a lot of tests.

Now, I don't want to show weight and quantity on product listing.

As usual, I set display product weight and display product quantity options in admin/configuration/product listing to 0, but they still show!!

what could be wrong?

What template do you use?
Have you check that you template is designed for v1.3.x or not?
And have you test the default install with the demo products?

I'm doing tests with a fresh install and zencart demo products.

Display product weight and display product quantity options in admin/configuration/product listing are set by default to 0, but the weight and the quantity are showed. I tried to set to 1 and then to 0 again, with no results.

I'm using default template, I didn't make any changes, just installed with demo products.

Same problem with easyphp and online.

I'm going crazy...

In the admin panel go to catalog/product types/products-general - edit layout - in there I turned off show weight and show quantity

The settings you made is for the Product Info Page, and not for the Product Listing Page which mentioned in your first post. :smile:
