Downloaded Products not listing as items sold

Hi,

The store is a v1.27d which carries a mixture of physical cds for purchase and music downloads for purchase.

The physical cds show up on the sales reports, etc. however the downloaded products do not. I know basically the main difference is the cds are priced regularly with no attributes and the downloaded items are all priced by attributes due to being downoads.

How do I get the downloaded songs and albums to show up in sales?

It is definitely necessary as the artists get a certain amount of their products/songs sold and soon so will affiliates.

Any advice appreciated,

Also had this prob, only way could get downloads to quantity reduce, was to set
download status to processing.. i.e. download not immediate until admin authorises

Does that make the items show up in the product sales report? If so, how to I set their status to processing?

Sorry, misunderstood your query, thought you required items to quantity reduce on a download purchase.
Best Products Purchased report works fine for me, with payment/download set as zencart default i.e.
Set Pending Notification Status
Pending [1]

Set Order Status
Processing [2]

Set Refund Order Status
Pending [1]
