Has Anyone Been Able to Create an Alphabar?

Just wondering if anyone has sucessfully created or knows how to create an Alpha bar on the main Zencart page that works in v1.35?

The Product Listing in v1.3.5 now has the Alpha Sorter for it ...

Peek in the Configuration ... Product Listing ... and turn it on to see if this is helpful to you ...

I changed the setting to true, but cannot find an aphabar anywhere.

Is there another place in Admin to change the settings so I can get an alphabar on the main page?

Check that your templates are not missing updates ...

A search on:
FILENAME_PRODUCT_LISTING_ALPHA_SORTER

In the Developer's Tool Kit might help spot files you did not update ...

My search in the development tool turned up 3 pages.

How many should there be?

Should I download 1.35 again and re-install?

If you switch to Classic ... does this show in the Product Listing when you click on a Category?

Do you have it turned on in the Product Listing?

Now, if you search in the Developer's Tool Kit for:
alpha_

In just the Catalog ...

You should find something like: Match Lines found: 30

page, there is on the category listings page, there is a drop down alpha box, by letter.

At the moment just the Alpha Sorter on the Product Listing ...

But it is on the list of fun things to do ... :smartass:
