Cant seem to delete a product

Cant seem to delete a product

When I go to hit the delete icon for a given product, it brings up the "are you sure" option, then I hit ok but the product is still there.

I am sure this is a stupid question but I dont see what the problem is. Anyone have any suggestions.

What version of Zen Cart are you running?

Look in the Tools ... Server Info ...

What do you see from below the menubar up to and including the php version?

Version 1.3.0 has a bug in removing a product, but there is a work around:

Create a new category called deleted (or whatever you want). Move the product to the new category, then delete the category.

NOTE: you should really upgrade to Zen Cart v1.3.5 for other bugfixes and security issues that have been fixed since that old version of v1.3 ...
