1.3.5 Home Link "Page cannot be Displayed"

Hi,

I am building a site using the latest release of ZenCart, 1.3.5. Everything looks good except the home page links, which take me to http://localhost/mysite/ instead of http://localhost/mysite/index.php etc.

I thought this may be a config file setting but nothing obvious that I can see.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know if it'll help, but here's an example of a configuration file for comparison sake;

The home link defaulting to http://localhost/mysite/ is normal behavior and actually has some advantages. If your site root is index.php it will be loaded automatically so the customer experience is exactly as if the link were http://localhost/mysite/index.php. But it comes with the added advantage that you could opt to have a static index.html file as your site home page with a link to http://localhost/mysite/index.php as your store's home page without having to pop your store into a sub-directory.

If this setup is giving you an error that suggests a configuration problem, not in Zen Cart, but in your server environment. Are you on a Windows server by chance?
