"Make an offer" module

I'm sure people have talked about this but I can't find any thread.

I would need an module "Make an offer" where you can add the product in your shopping basket but it is like "Call for price" so the customer will discuss about the details with the shopkeeper.

It should also be able to deliver the information of attributes for the order even if they are not priced. So, the customer could choose the basic requirements for his item wanted and then the shop keeper would already know most of the details when contacting the buyer.

Now the option "Call for price" does not allow adding the product in the basket and therefore you can't add the attributes for your question either.

I would appreciate if somebody would have some light on this issue...
