'Also Recommends' products box

A client requested something along the lines of "Also Recommended" box with similar products below product descriptions. Here are two examples:

"The Mix Unit Also Recommends..."
http://mixunit.com/titippingpoint.html

"MixtapeOne.com Also Recommends..."
http://www.mixtapesone.com/index/cdcatalog/id.2959

Is this possable or not yet?

The Cross-Sell module allows you to cross-reference other suggested/related products:
