Wrapping Zen-Cart within another site

Does anyone know what the proceedure is to do this? I have searched but could not find it anywhere. I want to wrap my Zen-Cart within another site without using an iframe.

Also, is it possible to pull content from Zen-Cart (e.g. sideboxes) into other apps? It would be great if I could just include the sideboxes/*.php in my code, although it's obviously not that simple. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
