Problem with "Welcome Guest" Message

Is there any way to turn off the "Welcome Guest! Would you like to log yourself in?" message on the main page?

Im currently using ZenCart version 1.2.6. and cannot find the control to disable the message.

This is the main define statement for the page for english when no template defined file exists.
It is located in: /includes/languages/english/index.php
