If you are using version 1.3.+ you can create a stylesheet for each category as follows:
c_??_##.css where ?? is ther category number.
Add only the information you need for what you want to do in the stylesheet.
#logoWrapper {
background: url(../images/YOUR_HEADER_IMAGE.???) no-repeat;
height: 90px;
width: 100%;}
Adjust the portions in red to your requirements.

This is great function! :)
I made a stylesheet called c_2.css and I get the category headers and sideboxes different color than in default stylesheet now. Just like I wanted.
But if I want the subcategories, like 2_58 to follow the same stylesheet, do I really need to make a stylesheet for each category or could I make the system to understand that it should take the look of category number 2 since it is a subcategory under it?
Thanks for the info!

Right now, you'll need to make a separate stylesheet for each sub-category.
Maybe a future version will include a way to do this.

Ou, I have like 15 different sub-categories in each and people updating the page may make more and then the colouring won't work for those ones then... so, there's no wildcard, like *, that I could use to make the all subcategories option?

Sorry, not that I know of.
Maybe one of the Dev's has an answer.
