Changing directories after install

Hello, I've been running an old version of OScommerce at

https://www.karmative.com/prints

and I installed and modded a new version of zencart 1.3.5 over the last week at

https://www.karmative.com/test

I want to kill my old site and use the new site.

I renamed my old OSC /prints dir to /printsbakup

then I renamed my new zencart /test dir to /prints and edited the configure.php in the main includes dir and admin dirs to reflect the new path changes.

but when I went to /prints via browser to see the new site I got an error saying that zencart couldn't find zc_install dir. So I'm guessing there is more to this then a quick dir change and config change. Or not? did I miss something simple? or do I have to do a fresh install in my /prints dir then overwrite all the files again with all my hacks? (that would kinda suck)

I renamed both dirs back to their original names until I can figure this out easily.
