errcode=13

Getting this warning message when adding new product and image in Admin and on the site page:

Warning: is_dir() [function.is-dir]: Stat failed for images/. (errno=13 - Permission denied) in /home/menucomp/public_html/cori/zencart/includes/modules/additional_images.php on line 43

there are several warnings all together. Do I need to reset read/write permission to the additional_images.php file or to the modules folder? Or am I wrong all together?
Using 1.3.5version
