Uploaded Grid now multi qty boxes not displaying

I have cart 1.3.0.2 and I had my hoster upload the grid. It works just fine except now I don't have the multi qty add to cart box. I have tried changing things in the configure->product listing but it won't show up.
It was available before I had the grid uploaded.
