Store pickup not showing up on checkout

I have it installed for North Carolina zone only. Instead of a green dot showing that it is installed, there is a yellow. Is that for the conditional status, being that it is only for North Carolina? I set up a test account, address in NC and the store pickup option does not show up when I check out. Any help?

It is a caution that either there is a Zone set or you have set the Shipping Module to:

Enable Store Pickup Shipping False

Customer In Store Pick-up

Enable Store Pickup Shipping
True

North Carolina

20

These are the settings. When I tested it, I used an account with an NC address but the store pickup didn't show up.

Am I missing something else? Thanks!

Check the details on your North Carolina Zone ... be sure it is fully configured ...
