header and fotter is missing

i am trying to get the template hipctech_lite to work in zen v`1.3.5 so far i havew sorted most incompatablity issues out but i just cseem to find out how to get the head and footer to display to see what i meen go here www.modchipfitters.com has anyone got any idea how i can get these working??? as i really want to use this template but is starting to pull my hair out

ok header is in place just need to work out how to get the home and login links onto an image bar
