Moving category description below cat images

I'm upgrading a 1.2.6 cart to 1.3.5 and I need to place the Category description underneath the sub-categories images. (The effect I need is as here and - to avoid confusion - on that page the images at the bottom are within the category description.)

I've seen this thread, and indeed, had spent a large part of the day trying exactly what I've just found DrByte suggesting as the solution.

Now I don't know if I've missed something blatantly obvious, but wherever I move the code for the category description in tpl_index_categories.php ...

I get the following error message

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_INCLUDE in ...includes/templates/ultrabubble_01/templates/tpl_index_categories.php on line 1

I'm not sure if what I want can be achieved by using CSS for positioning, but I'm sure it makes more sense to just move the block of code..but I just can't get it to work.

I'd appreciate any advice.

Well, I had someone else take a look, and I swear he did exactly what I did...and now it's working! :huh:
