Zero Order Total still requires Payment Method

Ok, I searched for this, but didnt find anything related to this, so please just point me to the correct thread if I missed it.

I was placing an order on my site, testing groupe discounts and coupons. The order total ended up being zero (0) dollars.

The issue that I see is that I was still required to enter a credit card.

Is there a method so that if an order total equals zero, that a payment method is not required?

Seems silly to require a credit card on a zero dollar order.

Do you have the Modules ... Payment Modules ... Zen Cart Free Charger installed for these orders where there isn't a charge?

Yes. I do.

Do your Products in the products table ... peek via phpMyAdmin ... all have master_categories_id and all have products_price_sorter values > 0 except where a Product might actually be $0.00 on the products_price_sorter?
