Hhhhheeellllppp!! cant get center section to fill screen in internet explorer

ive now been trying for 4 days to get the center column/section of my site to fill out and no matter what i try it doesnt seem to change anything

the site looks fine in fire fox but i just cant sort this out im now smoking double my normal amount trying to find the answer. ive serach this forum every where and tried all the different things suggested and none of it has helped

is there any kind soul out there that can give me a clue as to what to do before i jump out the window lol :laugh:

What you have attempted to do here is take a template designed for ZenCart 1.2.x and install it on ZenCart 1.3.x and from the css date: * * @version $Id: stylesheet.css 4387* 2006-09-04 13:54:28Z drbyte $ this should be 1.3.5.

But then you pasted onto the end of this CSS file some additional code related to a tabled template that for the most part do not exist in 1.3.5. I am surpised that it displays as well as it does in FF.

I would start first by stripping this added css code...all of it.

Then correct the body color at the top of the file and progress through this file making the required alterations.

If you do not have the web dev tools for FF, download them as you can edit the css interactively with it. and then save the resulting file locally for uploading.

do you have any idea why i can get it to look ok in ff but not in IE ???

This template is not compatible with the 1.3.x series of ZenCart, so using it, there is no way to mediate the differences.

You will have to do as I suggested and strip the additional code from the stylesheet and style/edit it for what changes.
