How to put ‘These items will be in stock soon‘ in 2nd language

I have a two language store and I use the Products Expected option from time to time.

I have been trying to change the text: ‘These items will be in stock soon’ for the second language of the cart but I cannot find out how to do it.

I have found the text in:

/includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_modules_upcoming_products.php

But there does not seem to be any associated language files...

Could someone let me know what the situation is?

This seems like a message that was overlooked. Create a new file

/var/www/html/higher_1.3.5/includes/languages/english/extra_definitions/my_defs.php

which says

then change
./includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_modules_upcoming_products.php
to say

Then you're set to add my_defs.php to your other language directory, and you'll
have your message.
