Domestic and International flat rate

Ok I've searched and searched for the elusive thread that shows how to clone the flat rate module. I see threads stating Ajeh has written how to do it but I cannot find it for the life of me.

The concept is the same on cloning ...

flat to flatsomething

FLAT to FLATSOMETHING

notice no space nor underscore on that ...

hi after i cloned 1.flatdomestic, and 2.flatinternational, i can't checkout.
the error message says:

"Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/t/a/t/tat1973/html/includes/languages/english/modules/shipping/flatdomestic.php:53) in /home/content/t/a/t/tat1973/html/includes/functions/functions_general.php on line 44"

what should i do to fix this...? thanks

I believe if you peek at your language file you will find space(s) and/or blank line(s) after the closing php bracket ?> in that file ... php hate those ... :unsure:
