unable to edit the define_main_page.php

hello all,

i've tried editing this through crimson editor and through the web interface. it will not allow me to overwrite the old file when uploading through ftp... and in the web interface it says i need to Error: I can not write to this file. Please set the right user permissions on:
i've changed the permissions through the ftp server from 644 to 777 and it still will not allow me to edit any of those pages...

it was working fine the other day..

Seems like your FTP client problem
Which FTP client are you using?
I would recommend you using SmartFTP or FileZilla

fixed! the directory should have had the settings changed...
