I'm not familiar with that link mod at all. You are certain you have the right one for your version and followed the instructions thoroughly?

I see the problem with the duplicate bread crumb, while only using that one sidebox link;

<td class="breadCrumb" colspan="2"> ... this to me, looks like part of additional coding that's not part of the core code.

If the Layout Boxes Controller isn't positioning the link sidebox accordingly and you have a double bread crumb issue... something has gone wrong.

Does this problem occur via different templates?

did you assign a sort order for each ez page that you created?
if you leave the sort at 0 they won't display.
