Pricing by Attribute, pick which ones?

Hi, I am setting up a cart where the products are priced in quantities, but the quantities aren't in regular increments (they are more like 25, 50, 100, 200, etc.), so I have the quantity set up as an option and priced accordingly. That is working just fine. However, there are some textline attributes that are optional, and each one adds $3.00 to the price. The problem is that in the starting price shown in the product listing, the pricing function is automatically adding all of those textline options when calculating the base price, when in actuality, they should only be added if there is a value for that option. It all works okay in the cart, I just want to know if there is a way to have those attributes excluded from the display price. Hopefully that all makes sense. It's probably something simple that I'm just not aware of, but I would be most appreciative of some assistance. Thanks!

Re: Pricing by Attribute, pick which ones?

Nevermind, I figured this one out on my own. :) For anyone else that may overlook the obvious and have the same problem, when you are adding the new attribute in the attributes controller, select the radio button for NO under "Include in Base Price When Priced by Attributes". If you miss that, click the lavender button next to the attribute in the Attributes Controller. I was right about one thing, though, it was something obvious that I just wasn't seeing.

Thanks for the update on how to manage the Priced by Attributes and adjust the price based on required and non-required Attribute Option Groups of Values ...
