Won't go to 2 step in Checkout

I have set up the payment method, and every thing else but when I use the check out method, it was like stuck on first method, No matter how many times I click it, it still wount do anything.
i also checked the zones settings i am very i don't have any zone settings on payment method.

Please help i am new to this.

Also have another question, How can I upload more images in the product inf ? coz when I try to upload more pictures, its over write the old one.
