EZ pages question

I was looking at the EZ pages and it is so neat and so powerful.

I have two things to ask that don't come intuitively to me.

  1. when using internal links, how do you know what you can link to? i see the example for reviews and account but how would i know that or know what others i could link to?

  2. how does TOC work? I just cant figure it out.

Suggestion- in a separate directory, install a default Zen Cart with the demo products. Lots of great examples and how to's for various sections.
