make column-layout-grid mod to look like special listing layout

I want this page
http://www.nokoria.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=70_71

to look like this page
http://www.nokoria.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=specials

I have looked at this two files:

/includes/modules/my_template/product_listing.php
/includes/modules/my_template/special_index.php

But I'm not sure what to change. Could anyone help please?

Thank you,

I'm looking for this answer too. I can't figure out how to change the order of how things are listed. i have been experimenting for hours.
