Text on mainpage

Dear friends,

I am totally new to Zen.Cart.
For my shop I use a template, but I want to delete the text on this page.
There is an introduction of the developer of the template. Where can I change this text/introduction.

You have to go into Admin-Tools-Define Page Editor;
pick "define_main_page.php" from the dropdown list and edit away.

The developer of the NightFall template is a member here, Vger. "Powered by PerderPeso.Biz" ... I don't think that says Zen Cart or links to it. That's like saying a Lamborgini is powered by an air compressor. :no:

In my personal opinion...the Dev team should be acknowledged for their hard work and helping people to make money, all awhile not charging for their code. :down:

First of all many thanks! I missed that important "editor tool".

It is not my intention to publish "powered by" the way you saw it. I am new to Zen-Cart and for the moment I am only trying. I am opening .php files and when I see something I recognize, I change it and look at the result. For me it is a way to learn and find the things. The final website will be totally different.

Making use of the occasion; there are a lot topics about centering the logo. I tried them all, but without success. Can you help me?

You're welcome.

The best way to center that image is to center it manually onto a new image of white background measuring 770x205(as per the measurements in your stylesheet).

If you donate $5 to Zen Cart, I can do it for you and make a nice background for the main image to blend across. :D
