Help!! I deleted a table from my db

I was trying to delete some menu options that were left from a module I tried but didn't work for what I needed it. I search my db and deleted it but it deleted the whole table. It was 'configuration_group' or 'configuration_group_id' for v1.3.0. Can someone give me the required data or tell me where ot find it.

Ok, I got someone to do an fresh version of it, but now I need to get my odl customer data back and if possible my products (though I can redo these if need be). Does nayone know where in the db these are kept.

Restoring the single table would be better than having to restore all the rest.

Thanks - got everything back now. Its actually kinda good to do a fresh install, since now I've got 1.3.0.2 which i hopefully bug free. Now I just need to customize it again, but most of it is just overriding the pix and phps so its no big deal.
