Contact Us not working

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/doodlebu/www/www/store/includes/functions/functions_email.php:361) in /home/doodlebu/www/www/store/includes/functions/functions_general.php on line 41

My Contact Us is not working. I turned on the debugging for email and got the above error message. How do I go about fixing this? I am in contact with my host but they do not know how to fix it.

My host sent the following reply to me when I asked about the cPanel issue in the FAQ section.

Hello,

Please note that we are not using cPanel on our servers. What is in the From and Return-path headers of your email messages depends on the settings the script is using. It is possible that the email is blocked due to incomplete headers.

Please note that the warnings in the script can't be due to the headers of the email messages. The error message is referring to the headers of the HTML page.
