First Class not showing in shipping estimator

This is the last thing I have to get working and can't get it. My shipping calculator comes up but only with Priority and Express mail. In my shipping module I also selected First Class and International. What have I done wrong???:lamo:

Is the weight of the item you select 13oz or less? 13oz is the upper limit for first class.
