How to change my web URL on the email notification

I have tested to purchase on my own website and i got an email notification about the transaction. The problem is, the web URL shown on the notice is the ROOT (original address) like http://www.redge.urevised.com/my_shop/ instead of this one that I need to show http://www.legendkaraokehits.net.tf/
All notifications seems to set to the original address.

That is generated by the settings in your /includes/configure.php and /admin/includes/configure.php files, as you provided them during installation.

You may edit them as necessary. Make backups before making your changes.

I am afraid i'll mess up the config file. Is it possible just to change the notification letter? how can I edit it and just add there my proper URL. Thank you.
