Replace image with SWF

I am having issues trying to find the location of the file that will allow me to replace the blank spot at the top of this site LINK with an SWF (and the IE fix)... I would greatly approcate any help!

Thank you for the info, but as I stated in my post, I need to know WHERE to place the necessary code...
To be more specific, currently there is an image in that location, but it is an image that is also used as a background & so searching out its reference has been difficult, I need to know in what PHP file I need to look to replace it with the proper code for an SWF.
