Restrict shipping to one country only

Hi
I am setting up a store but want to set shipment available only for one country.
i searched forum but could not find help.
i want to set shipment only for Australia.
how can i do that.
please help

Create a new Zone for Austraila and add it to the Shipping Module ... this will prevent anyone trying to Ship outside of Austraila from obtaining a Shipping option and they will not be able to checkout ...

Will somebody please tell me in little bit detail about putting restriction that shipping can only be made to Australia.
i tried various options but nothing is working the way i need.
