Errors have occurred !!!!

don't know where to begin, but belive this problem began after my upgrade of zen cart, now on my account information page... when I log all information error message appears
Errors have occurred durining the process of your form
Please make the following corrections: *
I have filled out this form several times and cheked and rechecked the form is totally filled.... What can i do to resolve this problem????

and I had figgured this out , but you were Correct. Iturned off company info in the log in area and that part worked fine,
Perhaps you can help with my next hurdle. Now i can go all the way through the order process pay pal accepts the money and the thank you for your order appears, however ther is no order number or no order in my cart to process, Any ideas...Thank you in advance Andy

It appears that PayPal might be having a hiccup as we have been getting complaints all day. Double check all of your settings in the IPN module and in your PayPal account.

i have the same problem:
paypal accepts the money and the thank you for your order appears, there is no order in admin or no order description in paypal cart and no order confirmation email, will try the paypal patch to see what happens next

the patch didnt solve it
