Can I associate products with groups?

Can I associate products with groups?

Does anyone know of a way to have a special section on the site reserved for users of s specific group?

We want our instructors to have access to special materials that the general public does not have access to, and want to be able to do this with a single instance of the cart.

This does not exist at the moment in Zen Cart, although it is on the list of things to do ...

It would take quite a bit of custom coding but it can be done ...
