Comma in Site Title

Comma in Site Title

I keep getting a comma in between my site title and site tagline that I'd like to get rid of. I've tried a couple of different methods to remove it, but nothing seems to work. Anyone know how to knockout that comma?

Remove the comma from inside the quotes at:
/includes/languages/english/YOURTEMPLATE/meta_tags.php

// Define Tertiary Section Output
  define('TERTIARY_SECTION', ', ');
