[not a bug] v1.3.5 html_output.php - spaces around image "title" texts

The following code in /includes/functions/html_output.php
if (zen_not_null($alt)) {
$image .= ' title=" ' . zen_output_string($alt) . ' "';
}
should be...
if (zen_not_null($alt)) {
$image .= ' title="' . zen_output_string($alt) . '"';
}
That is, remove the spaces surrounding the title attribute.
