Installation successful... But error in Admin page

Installation run smoothly and I was able to check store page http://www.nautilusshells.com/test but when I log in to admin page http://www.nautilusshells.com/test/admin I get this error:

It can't find your admin/includes/application_top.php - check to see if you have one there, if so (or if not) try re-uploading it.

It looks like the install only wrote complete data to the includes/configure.php file but not to the admin/includes/configure.php file.
