Lost all Customization! HELP

I attempted to move my fully customized store to my main directory but ran into errors, so I moved it back to its original location but now have lost all of the customization and can't seem to find the relative issue.

Please help - this store was scheduled to go online today and I've been up 12 hours trying to figure out how to get it back.

I can still see all products, define pages, etc, through the admin. Even did a fresh install and transferred custom template directory over and it picks up there, so I know it exists and it is selected - it just won't show.

Running Zen Cart: 1.3.0.1
PHP 5.1.2
Linux on Dreamhost

PLEASE HELP!

If you're moving your shop from a sub-folder up to your main public_html folder you will need to remove the name of your sub-folder from the files paths in your configure.php files.

Check the paths in your shop/includes/configure.php and your shop/admin/includes/configure.php.
