image upload not working

In one of my server, i installed zen-car 1.3.5 (my other servers runing 1.3.0)
now i am facing a problem, at the time of adding products the images were not uploading, even i am not getting any error or worning. the image folder have the permission 777 . any idea ?

a bunch of people are having this problem- i hope it is addressed. apparently there is a thread on it in the bug section... i was trying to find it when i came across your post here.
