Serious Problem out of nowhere!

All of a sudden...

I am not getting the email notifcations about what my customers have ordered and not getting their emails via the site.

This has come from nowhere! One moment it was working perfectly and the next it is not! I have changed nothing!

Help Much Appreciated!

Ok I have read through the forums and it seems I have to get rid of my meta_tags.php

This is okay but once I delete it I get an error upon visiting my website.

I fixed this error at the english.php

But then I get a new error at https://www.mywebsite.com/admin

And I cannot fix this error so I have to reverse back and add the files again...

The site you have referenced as receiving an error is not ZenCart....

As you hadn't changed anything in Zen Cart and were referring to emails generated by orders and (I assume) from the contact page (i.e. two completely different parts of Zen Cart's code), this sounds more like a problem with your server environment and specifically your mail server.

Do you have any other applications on your server that generate emails (other than that which you usually use to send emails from your desktop which is usually different) and if so, are they still working and which mailing method do they use? You may want to ask your web host whether other people have reported similar problems.

(and put the other files back how they were, it's unlikely that they're involved)
