Anyone know how to fix this problem? I get it every once in a while.

we need more info on this error, what are you doing when this error occurs?
what other errors may happen besides that one/ Does it say anything else?
what moduals/contribs do you have installed currently?
did you just install anything new?
what version of Zencart are you running?
windows/linux server?
and anything else you can think of that would help us better understand where this error is comming from and why...

I really don't have the answers to that. I'm not the web designer. This error just comes up sometimes when going into the web site. Any ideas??
