Internet Explorer 7.0 Released - HELP!

This is again an old thread, but it might be useful for someone to know that the commented-out stylesheet link is supposed to appear no matter the browser. It will be ignored by all browsers other than IE, and IE will interpret the comment and activate the stylesheet to handle its bugs.

Re: Internet Explorer 7.0 Released - HELP!

IE is very tricky and I am having a difficult time trying to resolve an issue I thought was resolved. Here it is again:

On Firefox, my product page is displayed as I want it:

http://shopvintage.planetaddress.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=35&products_id=85

The additional images are correctly aligned. The cart box and all.

BUT! in IE there seem to be a little below and not in alignment.

http://shopvintage.planetaddress.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=35&products_id=85

SO! I downloaded the suggested mod, make the corrections, created ie_stylesheet.css (used the Developer's Tool on IE 8).

AND....nothing changed....same problem!

The product display is STILL the same.

SO.....how can I finally fix this?

I would appreciate anyone helping me to finally resolve this issue.

Thanks!

Perfectly said!

It was suggested to me by another forum member and now I am glad I chose to use it.
