Zen logo is still showing over my logo?

I put this code-
#logoWrapper {
width:760px;
height:110px;
background-image:url(../images/your_header_image.???);
background-repeat:no-repeat;
}

In my own templates style.css

The Zen cart logo is still showing over my logo.

You did the header banner the right way, so to overcome the mini logo... you have two options.
You can either whip up a transparent GIF and name it "logo.gif" to overwrite that file in your template's "images" folder or simply drop this into your stylesheet;

#logo { display: none }
